Please note that according to the German [anti-constitutional] law on data retention, since January 1st, 2008, information on every electronic information exchange (e-mail, telephone, SMS, voice-over-IP, mobile phone, facsimile) with me or any other third party is retained for a period of six months for an automated un-disclosed access on part of the prosecution and police authorities, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority, the Customs Agencies (incl. its Office on Illegal Deployment), emergency-call exchanges, the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, the Intelligence Service, and the Military Counter-Intelligence Service, as well as government agencies from 52 states, e.g. Azerbaijan or the USA. This pertains to all communication with inquiry protected professions as physicians, journalists or lawyers as well.
